Thanks MCE for another great feedback email

At LMM we are always pleased to receive feedback emails from our clients about gigs (indeed with our major clients like Walkabout,Wahoo and Bar Risa we have an automatic questionaire which goes to the manager every weekend to check that the acts were up to standard.)

We pride ourselves on making it very easy for clients to find and book a live covers band or DJ for a wedding,event or party and we always go the extra mile to make sure that our clients get the service they need in order to make informed choices about which band or DJ to book for their event.

Of course after booking a band or DJ for a private event it is then up to the act to perform well on the night.At LMM we expect our acts to be punctual,friendly,proffessional in their dealings with the clients and then to perform with energy  and passion (basicaly to enjoy their job of entertaining.)

We have high standards.

We are proud to say that time and time again our acts deliver to these high standards and we recieve the kind of email I have copied below which came fresh into the inbox last night.

I would like to thank MCE for again delivering the type of show we expect from LMM acts at weddings and parties.They are a great band.Luckily for LMM they are not the exception although it would be fair to say that they are exceptional (hope I am making myself clear here!!)

I would also congratulate Alex for another email thanking him for his service and concern in making the event run smoothly.

At LMM it is a team effort between the office staff and our acts to make sure every party,wedding,event,nightclub booking,military ball,university ball,summer party,in store retail event,holiday centre booking,corporate function,overseas tour etc etc is as smooth running as possible and that everyone present at these events has a memorable evenings entertainment.

At LMM we are in the business of creating great memories and experiences for our clients and guests.We will always strive to achieve this.

Dear Alex

We had a really great party on Saturday 26^th , and MCE were indeed AWESOME; cannot praise them highly enough. They had everyone from 15 to 50 on the floor with a great mix of songs; well played and well sung. All our guests have had great things to say about them when passing on their thanks for the party. From an organizational point of view they were a dream to have. They contacted me before the date to reassure me that all was going ahead, turned up in plenty of time exactly when they said they would, cheerful, polite, sorted themselves out with no fuss, great fun to have around, looked good, played the timings that we’d asked.

I’d have them again for sure if we were doing it again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone wanting a band at a party. I wouldn’t change a thing about them.
