The Summer season at Newquay Walkabout began with a vengeance last Friday, Saturday and Sunday when the venue was rocked to the core by the Easter entertainment.
Party rock band Skywalker had the place jumping on Friday and Saturday night with a set that included all the great anthems of the last ten years. Skywalker are also one of the UKs top Rockaoke (aka Bandeoke or Live Band Karaoke) bands . They have played throughout the UK and beyond and are a fantastic live draw with a set that always has the audience rocking. Lucas Rockaoke Play At Punk For We Sing Encore Event
Last Thursday Lucas Rockaoke played at the prestigious “We Sing Encore” event to publicise the great Nintendo Wii game of the same name.The event was held in the fabulous Punk venue in Soho,London and was,by all accounts,a massive success.
Lucas had just completed a straight run of seven shows in a row but despite this they had the energy and professionalism to put on a great Rockaoke show at Punk and the feedback has been fantastic.
“Just wanted to say many thanks for supplying the band for the We Sing Encore event last week. The band “Lucas” were an absolutely great bunch of lads and very professional. They really made the night, we’ve had 100% positive feedback from everyone at the party.
