Act profile

Celeste are a three-piece function band who play an eclectic mix of well known songs from each decade of pop music. The group features female vocalist Celeste, with two backing musicians taking care of guitars, keyboards and backing vocals. The group play to carefully created backing tracks that give the outfit a full and professional sound, with Celeste’s vocals, the guitars and the keyboards adding a dynamic live edge.

Hailing from Argentina, Celeste is a celebrated vocalist who achieved national fame in her country when appearing on the popular reality TV show ‘Generacion Pop’ in 2002. Celeste was the winner of the X Factor-style show, and went straight on tour across Argentina as the lead vocalist for the band ‘Scratch 8’. Since then, Celeste has appeared in a number of musicals and musical comedies in Buenos Aires, Argentina, including the lead role in “Solsticio”.

Celeste strive to be suitable for any event, and have a long and varied repertoire that can be customised to best suit the audience. This covers a range of styles, including rock, 80’s synth-pop, ballads and powerful female vocal pieces. The faithful and passionate performances of the classics on offer ensure a busy dancefloor and a satisfied audience.

As the band use their own professional PA system, the volume of the performance can also be adjusted to satisfy the needs of the customer and the venue. The minimal stage setup also means that only a very small area is required for Nacho to set up and perform, allowing them to remain flexible, and able to adapt to any performance situation.

Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.

Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 6pm and to be finished around midnight.
