Act profile

I started DJing on 19th June 1986. Who else would remember their first gig? It was in the then Cinderellas in Guildford. The turning point in my life! 25 years on and I have worked every kind of venue imaginable from the humblest to the grandest- the quality of my work remains the same no matter what or where! It could be a 50th birthday, a works leaving do, a hen party, a student bar-crawl, a wedding, a corporate Christmas party or any of my club residencies. When the customer wakes up the following day and tells his/her partner or friends what an amazing time they had, that is my job done!

If I had to list the qualities that make me successful mobile DJ it would be first and foremost the desire to provide a really good time for each and every customer- not just a continuous mix of music. A machine can do that! Preparation, flexibility and reliability are standard. Superb sound and lighting are a given. Sound levels appropriate to the venue size, the time of night and the sensibilities of the customers on and off of the dancefloor are all important to me.

This mix of qualities along with a clear and confident microphone presence that only experienced and motivated DJs can provide are "standard" in any and all of my performances.
