Act profile

Rider are the band for any occasion, weddings, corporate, pubs, parties, clubs; they play them all. Self contained band with PA and lights to provide the requirements for all situations from marquees to concert halls.

They are five experienced musicians who know how to add that extra class to an event and to entertain an audience and keep the party moving whatever the occasion.

With music from the 60’s 70’s 80’s 90’s and even chart material there is definitely something for everybody.

50th Birthday Party Asbourne August 2005

WOW What a night!!!!
Sue and I had one hell of a night, thanks in no small measure to yourselves.
It was just party central from start to finish, we’ve never danced so much.
I wish I had a voice like Tom he can really knock them out. Thanks for helping out with the disco too at short notice, I’ll not be using that DJ again.
Anyhoo, I’ll be booking you for my 60th ;0)

Sophia and myself have just been congratulating ourselves on our choice of band for our wedding, we did a great job.

Seriously though, we couldn’t have picked a better outfit.

You are all very talented, energetic and professional musicians and you did a fantastic job entertaining ourselves and our guests for what was a very long evening.

We were all amazed at the wide range of styles you performed, I’ve not seen so many different age groups enjoying a band so much in my life.

Sorry about the early start but as you know that was unavoidable, at least we could all have a laugh about it on the day.

I will not hesitate to recommend you to anybody I know who needs a band for any occasion.

Wedding of Mark and Helena, Nottingham August 2006


Thanks guys for a most splendid performance on our special day.

There wasn’t a single person there who wasn’t blown away by your music that night, brilliant job.

Mark was especially grateful for letting him join you on stage for his questionable rendition of “Angels” what he lacked in talent he made up for with enthusiasm.

By The end of the night we were all exhausted with dancing so much, just when I thought we could have a break you started playing another of my favorite songs!

Many of the guests said to us they would like to book you for their weddings, engagements, anniversaries etc, so I think you might be busy pretty soon.

Extra Costs

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.

Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets.

(If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)

Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.

Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 6pm and to be finished around midnight.

(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
