Act profile

A truly professional and talented party band now into our 11th successful year, we offer a genuinely unique and hi-energy professional party band experience.

We are all seasoned full-time musicians and have a massive amount of musical pedigree, having played shows with artistes such as Tom Jones, Nick Kershaw, Gary Numan, Busted, Sugababes, Boyzone, Westlife, Francis Rossi, Seal, Daryl Hall, Lulu, Jimmy Nail, Simple Minds, Big Country, David Exxes, The Hollies to name only a few, and also have successful careers as session musicians, producers and writers within the music industry.

We also won O'Neill's 'Get closer to the Music' band competition in 2008, beating over 100 other covers bands, securing some Gibson Guitars, Marshall amps and a support slot with Scouting for Girls.

We play 80's (Depeche Mode, Aha, UB40, Kim Wilde etc.. ) and 90's anthems (Oasis, Wheatus, Nirvana, Blur, etc) to current party favourites (Black Eyed Peas, Killers, Kings of Leon, Example, etc) with a generous helping of girlie pop thrown in (Katy Perry, Pink, Ke$ha, Rhianna) and few older songs if requested. All songs are approached and performed in a gloriously flamboyant style, and due to our experience as creative musicians we add our own unique style and passion to them.

We can do an 'Unplugged' toned down set for a more acoustic setting.

PA 1 - 2000watt HK Lucas active system
PA 2 - 2500watt C-Audio/Eminence system
3 x wedge monitors

Lights - LED sidelight par can stage lights, 500watt rear fill floodlight, 3 x moving head scanner dancefloor lights. Extra lighting and smoke/bubble/snow machines can be used if required

Location

South East based and will travel to these areas: South East, South West, Midlands, Wales.

Sorry this has taken us so long to send but we just wanted to say a massive Thank you for performing at our wedding in March. You truly were amazing.

You really made the evening so much fun and all our guests loved you. They couldn't believe that they weren't all buying your CD's in the shops and not everyone new who you were, they all just want you to perform at every special event.

You guys really were amazing, everyone getting up to dance without that one drunken person having to start it off really showed what a fantastic band you are.

Thank you so much for learning our first dance, it was so great to have a live version of it, particularly as it meant that Mat ripped his trousers!

Let me tell you how absolutely over the moon we were with the Satisfunction performance at our wedding back in March.

Just wanted to say, on behalf of all of us on the organising committee, thank you so much to you and the rest of band for such a fantastic performance on Saturday night. We thought you were all outstanding and got everyone up on the dance floor from beginning to end with an excellent variety of music. I was very appreciative of your patience as the evening overran a little with our auction and raffle as these things often do but it was worth it as the evening raised £5000 for that tiny school!!
I shan’t be organising next year’s ball as my son leaves this July but I know others are keen to rebook you in 2011, if you can come back!

You guys more than exceeded my expectations, really enjoyed working with you. Loved your set list, so nice to hear something different. I was delighted with the whole show, I think that's one of my all time favourite CSE shows

Extra Costs

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.

Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets.

(If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)

Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.

Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 5.30pm and to be finished around midnight.

(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
