Act profile

Professional, energetic and above all exceptionally talented Soul Dedication has what it takes to really get the crowd going.

Soul Dedication consists of 5 leading talents to have emerged from the Manchester circuit in recent years. All aged between 21 and 25 they have developed an exciting and broad repertoire that draws from modern influences such as Corinne Bailey Rae, The Noisettes and Basement Jaxx as well as legends like Aretha Franklin and Dusty Springfield.

Rachel- Lead Vocals

A true pleasure to listen and watch, Rachel has been brought up in Manchester listening to all styles of music. She was educated at the Royal Nopthern College of Music and has been a regular around Manchesters vibrant music scene. She is currently releasing her first album
John - Saxophone


Brad - Guitar

Brad emerged as a leading talent of the Royal Northern College of Music's session musicians’ course. During his time there he studied under Johnny Hayes and has become in high demand gigging throughout the North West and beyond. Having now graduated from the RNCM he continued his study at Leeds College of Music and is now one manchesters best!

Paul - Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals

Prior to his attendance at the Royal Northern College of Music Paul worked as a professional sound engineer throughout the UK. He has since graduated from the RNCM and Leeds College of Music. Paul was a twice a 'Featurd Bass Player' in UK Bass Day and has released two EP's that have been very well recieved. Paul's exceptional musical feel and application of harmony are integral to the band’s sound and will never cease to amaze.

Xavier - Drums & Percussion

Xaviers talent was recognised early in life seeing his inclusion in the National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Known for his creative and technically outstanding playing Xavier has an energy in his performance that is seldom matched. He has studyed at the RNCM under the intimable session drummer Bryan Hargreaves, and now is a drumming force not to missed!

Line-up

5-piece band including female vocalist, guitar (or piano), bass player, drums. The band can also be augmented to include a full horn section and/or male vocalist.

The diverse professional experience of the band means we can also perform as a jazz ensemble, perfect for your drinks reception or meal.

Also included

The band provides it own PA and lighting for the stage area suitable for most occasions of up to 200 people. PA hire is required for larger venues.

Location

North West based and will travel to these areas: Midlands, North East, North West, Scotland, Ireland.

Hi Paul,

I've recently returned from my honeymoon and wanted to get in touch so say a massive thank you to the whole band. All of the guests were completely blown away by how fabulous you were and are still talking about it now! I was nervous
about having a band after seeing a few crash and burn at weddings in the past but you were all amazing - I don't think I'll ever forget how amazing You've Got the Love sounded and my feet certainly knew that I'd been up dancing all night the next morning!

Extra Costs

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.

Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets.

(If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)

Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.

Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 6pm and to be finished around midnight.

(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
