Sugar Shack is an experienced and highly professional 5-piece band that brings fun, energy and excitement to any function or party. Boasting hugely talented and experienced session musicians, this fabulous five will definitely add that finishing touch to your event.

Sugar Shack offers a unique live music experience with male and female vocals ensuring that the band can cover an incredible depth of material. Armed with an extensive playlist ranging from the 50’s all the way through to modern chart hits, their versatility enables them to cater for any occasion. Specific song requests are always welcomed, and the constantly updated song list will always be tailored to your event depending on the age range of your guests and of course your personal requirements.

Always smartly dressed and with an excellent stage presence, Sugar Shack are suitable for all types of events and venues. They regularly perform at weddings, corporate events, nightclub venues, private parties, Christmas parties and charity events, birthday and anniversary celebrations and will travel anywhere in the UK and abroad to enable you to top off your festivities in style.

This is the band that played at Live Aid Legend and 80s pop star/songwriter Nik Kershaws wedding.

Artists include: Rod Stewart, Kylie Minogue, Geri Halliwell, The Noisettes, Diana Vickers, The James Taylor Quartet, Julio Iglesias, Westlife, Gareth Gates, Liberty X, Nitin Sawhney, D:Ream, Siobhan Donaghy (Sugababes), Sharon Corr (The Corrs), Marli Buck (Fame Academy 2002), Steve Brookstein (X Factor winner 2004) and Paul Stacy (Oasis). They’ve also played support gigs for Beyonce, The Saturdays, Booty Luv and X Factor's Chico.

Radio 1 Live Sessions, Dermot O’Leary Show on Radio 2, BBC2 Live Acoustic Sessions, The X Factor, Top of the Pops, CD:UK, Children in Need, Ant & Dec, Greasemania, Faking it (Channel 4), Jo Whiley's Live Lounge, and at London Jazz Café, Birmingham NEC, Glastonbury Festival and Newcastle Arena.

In addition to the standard 5-piece line-up, should you require some dinner Jazz or background music during your drinks reception to set the mood before your evening’s entertainment, a duo or trio line-up is also available on request (to be quoted seperatly.)

We are also available as The Diamond Geezas a 3-piece male vocal lead rock band, where we currently play at Walkabout clubs and parties across the country.

As you can see we all sing.

We can play a duo or trio of dinner jazz and standards. We also play as The Diamond Geezas a 3 piece rock band, playing at Walkabout clubs and parties accross the country.

Also included

A very nice brand new Mackie system with SRM 450 speakers (on stands) and (SRM 450) monitors all run through a 16 channel desk. They mic up the bass drum if required. Also have bass bin for bigger venues. They are expanding and enhanching it all the time. There is a feedback destroyer and more speakers as add ons. The lights are also of a very high quality icolour 3 colour unit we have two of these that work really nicely. Also have Star cloths on the speaker stand that look really nice and sparkly/classy and a pulsing/flashing light rope which adds to the party vibe. Again all brand new and flight cased up.

Location

South East based and will travel to these areas: South East, South West, Midlands.

The band were amazing, from the moment they started the dance floor was full with every guest dancing my only concern was that my dance floor was not big enough for all my guests to bust their moves on!

Both singers were brilliant and the female singers version of lady ga-ga's poker face was amazing!

Most of the guests commented on how great the band was and they certainly completed what was the best day ever for me and my husband. Being a big music fan myself I spent a long time choosing my wedding band but I have to say I made the best choice I could not recommend Sugar Shack enough!

I was DJ'ying along side the band who I found to be totally awesome, fun, professional and all round great performers! They really got the crowd going and were such cool people to work with. I would thoroughly recommend Sugar Shack for any gig and would most definately like to work with them again as we blended in superbly. Extra Costs

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.

Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets.

(If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)

Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.

Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 5.30pm and to be finished around midnight.

(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
