Act profile

The Mocking Birds is made up of three fantastic, experienced and highly accomplished vocalists, namely Sarah , Suzi & Pippa. Run by Sarah, the act is relatively new but brings together three of the industry's most acclaimed singers with a wealth of talent, knowledge and credentials between them.

Individually they have performed for all manner of celebrities, royalty and VIPS, plus countless corporate and private clients, as soloists as part of the UK's leading function bands. With venues such as The Hilton chain, Blackpool Tower Ballroom, The Dorchester, The Grosvenor, The Bedford, Leeds Castle and Royal Albert Hall sprinkled all over their CVs, they are individually renowned, but collectively they are even more dangerous!!

Having already performed at renowned yet diverse venues such as Troxy, The Hilton and The Towngate Theatre, with clients already including The Met Police, the Arts Council, JD Sports and Teenage Cancer Trust, The Mocking Birds are fast becoming the most sought after close harmony trio on the circuit.

Line-up

3 vocalists with bespoke backing track arrangements - or additional live musicians including 3 pt brass section (sax, trumpet & trombone) with MD on keys, right through to 14pc big band!

Our very flexible act is perfect for all types of events and within that, all parts of a typical event whether it be the drinks reception, during/after dinner cabaret or end of evening dancing. We can also offer an additional jazz set earlier on or a party set (60s-now) for later for a minimal extra fee.

Also included

Various PA options available from 300w to 2k rigs, depending on size and scale of venue/event. Stage lighting also provided on request and dancefloor lighting at hire rates can also be arranged.

Location

South East based and will travel to these areas: South East, South West, Midlands, North East, North West.

The price brackets above should be used as a guide only as all quotes are bespoke.

Performance times for most acts except Tributes and some other Unique performers are usually 2 x 60 minute sets or 3 x 40 min sets.

(If you require the act to perform longer than these times you may incur extra costs.)

Travel costs vary depending on the act and will be included to the quote given to you by our agents.

Our acts would usually expect to arrive around 5.30pm and to be finished around midnight.

(If you need the act to arrive earlier or finish later there may be extra costs but these can be negotiated.)
