10 Most asked questions when booking entertainment

1. What kind of act or acts do we want

For the ceremony something soft and intimate. For the drinks something to get your guests in the mood. For the party a great band or Dj that can entertain from the first song and guarantee your guests a fantastic time. (pls see categories below)

2. How much do we need to spend

We supply acts from £250 - £3000

3. How do we pay for the act

At the time of booking we would generally expect a 20% deposit with the remainder paid directly to the act on the night.

4. What time do they need to set up

The Act would generally like to set up as close to the performance as possible depending on when guests arrive.

5. How much room will they need

Most of our acts do not need anymore than an 8m x 12m area , Djs much smaller.

6. How long will the act play for

The normal times are usually either 2 x 60 min sets or 3 x 40 min sets.

7. Will they play the first dance

Most of our acts would be able to play the first dance if requested.

8. What happens in-between the bands performances on stage?

All our acts are able to provide pre recorded music in – between sets.

9. Do we need to feed the act

This is always at the discretion of the client

10. Do we get to speak to the act before the wedding

The client is always put in touch with the act prior to the event.
